Necrophilia? Corpses are no longer people. They're a vessel that once contained a human life. Not an object for sexual desire.

And since animal's are property, then why not, right? And if necrophilia is socially acceptable, the human body is no longer sacred. Thus, we can do what we want, how we want. Sexually speaking. Isn't that how most people think these days?

Why in earth would you want to make Necrophilia or Incest legal? Necrophilia is just plain gross and incest can lead to serious birth defects and trauma. What's next Bestiality? That's just plain disgusting too and people who claim attraction to animals are mentally ill and I believe the American Psychiatric Association classifies it as such.

Fun Fact:

Since abnormal psychology is defined as "The branch of psychology that studies unusual patterns of behavior, emotion and thought, which may or may not be understood as precipitating a mental disorder. Although many behaviours could be considered as abnormal, this branch of psychology generally deals with behavior in a clinical context.", would that mean that once a certain unusual behavior becomes common place it is no longer an abnormality? And thus, widespread psychological disorders would eventually effect virtually the entire human population. And when everyone has it we laugh at the thought that it ever was an abnormality, not realizing how sick we all truly are.

Who gives a flying fuck what people want to do privately? Assuming that both consent and are aware of the risks, incest is... not really an issue. As long as they don't go around screaming their pride about the matter, but that can apply to any sexual preference.

As for necrophilia? I'm a huge advocate for the right to die and, by extension, the right to choose what happens to one's body after death. Including, if one should wish, to have their body... remain with their lover.

The point is that one's opinion regarding what is done with the human body is just that: opinion. And law should not be influenced by opinions.

Since there is no good reason for it to remain illegal. Your idea of gross should not dictate law. Many people find sex with a female gross. Others find sex with a male gross. Sex with obese people? Many find that gross. Sex with elderly people? Pretty gross. Sex with Donald Trump....do you even want to think about that?
