250 feet is more on the order of the Statue of Liberty.

The statue of Liberty is about 300 feet tall with the base. If you took away the base then it's only about 150 feet tall. If this height doesn't include the base then we are looking at a statue of nearly 100 feet taller than what is probably the most famous statue in the world. It would also be within the top 25 tallest statues in the world. Overall this idea is absolutely insane but I would be lying if I said I didn't find it interesting.
