That being said, if push comes to shove* I can usually use my left hand to control ball (although not throw one), but otherwise I am extremely right handed and left footed**.

*If we consider handball, the non-Olympic kind, I possibly favour hitting the ball by bringing my hand across from my left shoulder (this is superficially like a backhand in tennis), so if the ball is on left side that is generally my response... if I have to use my left hand I have either erred or been forced into troublesome spot.

**This is naturally a problem in even "backyard" soccer... it is somewhat resolved by being okay at outside foot kicking.

Also, since a lot of things aren't made for us, they're harder/impractical to use, like pencils. Whenever I write or draw anything, I always end up smearing my hand over the paper as I do so. So, what makes pencils harder to use for lefties?

Now it may just be that I have huge hands, but whenever I write, my pinkie finger always ends up rubbing against the paper, getting pencil all over my fingers. I've never seen any righties have this happen to them, maybe I'm just not very observant, but it seems to be a leftie-only thing.

Very well, I am right handed.

Not sure about leftfootedness or rightfootedness. In regards to me being a distance runner, whenever I entered the "runners, on your mark" phase of starting a race, I would place my left foot forward. Not sure if this means I'm left-footed because I placed that foot forward and would be able to push off of it to start the race, or if I'm right-footed because placing my left foot forward would mean that my right leg would be the first leg to move at the start.
