Apart from your spelling error, Canada is not subject to American laws, and that applies to guns too. We don't have a Second Amendment that grants us the right to bear arms, and it is not in our culture to be as obsessed with firearms as in the States.

Trust me, it can't stop crazy. And the pattern of spree killers is that they are rarely free of mental illness. One doesn't just go out with absolute disregard of consequences and kills many people.
