How Do You Create your Own Region?

I know people can create/having been creating regions in NationStates, and my quesiton is. How do you create a Region!?
If anyone can help me, I'd be thankful. Since my nation is based in a totally individualized/new universe then the other nations/regions. So I'd like to be able to create my own region based off of that universe of mine.


If you CAN help me I'd be more then thankful.

Go to the World page and click the Create a New Region button. The NSG forum is not the right place for this thread, by the way.
