so for you the other professions dont apply, now tbh our cybersecurity folks, dont wear suits unless managers. The folks who make serious money, like at j.p. morgan chase do.

So me stating that not all professions require professional dress is me saying I gave up on cybersecurity for physical therapy?

Not sure I follow the logic, but sure.

which is why i dont wear a suit. for the most part i wear jeans and a dress shirt.

but in other jobs, i have always felt more professional in a suit, it does change the way i approached the job. I dont think that was intentional on my part. I just felt i had to be more professional.

I don't think I'd have hated my school dress code if the school allowed people to dress above the dress code, like fancier clothes than the dress code requires. That would have allowed for some individuality.

pffttt, when all is said and done it costs about 1.7 billion dollars to build a mile of subway tunnel in manhattan. it is still less than a thousandth of the value of the buildings above the tracks

oh no, i have always had a love affair with the subways, even when they were dirty and disgusting. the warriors is one of my fun movies along with both taking of pelham's 1,2,3.

but tbf, there is something about a train running right on a river or coast line that is beautifel.

Meh, I just have some fear of underground trains for some reason.

Almost missed a flight at the Atlanta airport because I referred to ride on the tram thing in their basement.

I'm seriously considering volunteering with the Red Cross after I'm done with school, or joining the National Guard. Still looking for other disaster area kinds of jobs. I wouldn't want to be deployed to fight, but I probably won't meet the standards they want for infantry anyway. I want to work in disaster areas, or as a park ranger or something. I duno, maybe I'm getting idealistic but I should start researching now so I can make a decision.

See about doing a Red Cross first aid course, either way - I'm told they're great life skills, if a bit pricy.

I already know first aid via boy scouts. I'm an eagle scout and a trained adult leader. I might skip some entry level courses and take them somewhere cheaper. However, I just read something about waived fees for a full training course
