If you want to have a well-rounded and educated view on politics, you can't just stay within your own ideological box. Books like the Doctrine of Fascism, Mein Kampf, the Communist Manifesto, Man Economy and State, and What is Property (as a start), should all be required reading for anyone who wants to claim good and full knowledge of political theory.
There is no good excuse for banning books. I find censorship of literature to be horrific.
The only literature that should be banned are magazines with extreme frontal nudity.
