North Korea detonates Hydrogen Bomb!

Lawrence O'Donnell has just reported that the North Korean government has confirmed the rumbling which measured 5.1 on the richter scale in the North Korean countryside tonight was caused by the detonation of a Hydrogen Bomb.

This is a major upgrade from atomic weapons that have been previously tested. How do you think the west should react to this news and does this scare you?

That OP doesn't mention a Hydrogen Bomb. That is the main story here. Not an earthquake that could be some test.
It's an H-Bomb, which is far more powerful than an atomic bomb. NK having a Hydrogen Bomb is a really big BIG deal!! It will play into the 2016 election cycle as well.

Perhaps not in this case though. It may well be verified through other means. Lying about this would not help them in any way.
