Hell, for that matter, let's take a quick look at the shit in the picture that makes it really obvious it's bullshit!

Premise: this is a picture of some new, presumably experimental medical procedure.

1. Two guys in the picture, including the one performing the "procedure", are wearing nothing but their underwear. Not even gloves, which is, like, the most basic fucking thing you want to have on when you're in physical contact with a patient.
2. No medical instruments of any kind.
3. "Procedure" is being performed on a pool chair.
4. With an empty plate off to the side.
