Russian scientists can turn black people white

Sorry for the title as what I wanted to put would be too long but apparently Russian scientists have figured out how to remove the black layer of skin from black people http://nordpresse.be/russian-laboratory-invented-way-remove-black-skin-layer/. Personally, I'm alright with that. I don't think just anyone should just go having this process done since it would be irreversible. But if someone truly doesn't identify with being black then, after being educated that there's no going back, I think they should have the right to make themselves into what they wish to be. What do you think NS?

That website is sketchy as fuck. I direct you here, to their article on a thing, and here, to a Google search on the guy involved with the thing, the search turning up exactly zero reputable corroborating sources.

It was sketchy but I did see some other websites saying the same thing so I just went with it. I could go get some others though

Like I said, other websites have it as well, however I just did a bit of looking and they all seem to have the same source which was like some Moscow paper or something of that sort. So for now we'll just have to take Russia's word although considering all the scientific advancements we've made, I wouldn't put it out of the question

I've peeled small patches of skin off my fingers before. It is kind of nasty, it hurts like hell, and it just grows back after a week or so.
