Another thing that bothers me: humans are an essential part of the food chain and ecosystem, and have been from the beginning. Suddenly changing the food chain will have drastic effects. As long as the animal is killed for good reason - like, I don't know, food - I see no problem with it. Because we have other substitutes for fur clothes nowadays in most societies, fur clothes I don't like. Also, hunting solely for the purpose of the animal's head.

Barring the furs of animals we've hunted for food or population control, I hope. Otherwise you're reeeeeeally not gonna like the contents of my wardrobe.

I already said I have no problem with food, and local population control I guess its okay. But a lot of hunting that goes on is illegal because the animal in question is endangered. I don't hold fur clothes against the person anyway, thats a stupid thing, I just don't like the idea of killing an animal when you don't really need to. I mean, my great-grand uncle (is that what he is?) was a furrier.
