Considering Merkel most likely opened the borders simply to get something like this in the first place, least her 'legacy' has been validated.... for better or worse.

And from what I heard the trolls couldn't decide between Baghdadi and Trump so that's why neither won.

See you would be right if the ones that borrowed it was the people and not the banks that then send it all back to pay for said loans....

Last time I checked he had won the poll.

The popular vote is just a consideration, and considering 4chan has already pulled stunts in their poll before, I can understand why they wouldn't default to that.

Not to mention let's not forget 4chan's most ridiculous major internet poll stunt, because, as we all know, Hitler did nothing wrong.

Borrowed billions to... save the Greek private banks, in which the German and French banks had enormous interests ? Borrowed billions to... sign deals with German and French corporations that they obtained through corruption ? Borrowed billions to... pay enormous interest rates, because thanks to Germany-imposed ECB rules, the Greek state can't borrow directly from ECB ?

But even considering the Greek people were responsible of the situation Greece in (which they are not), imposing them endless austerity only makes the problem worse. The Greek debt was at 120% of the GDP when the Troika-imposed austerity programs started, it's now near 200%. If anything, Merkel's adamant will to impose austerity on Greece, refusing to even listen to the proposals of the Greek government, make it _less_ likely Greece will ever be able to repay the debt. Merkel's logic wasn't trying to get back as much of the money lended to the Greek state as possible, but punishing the Greek, ensuring they suffer so much that it'll teach a lesson to the rest of Europe. That's simply criminal.

It wasn't the chans this time, Bernie most likely won because of Reddit.
4chan was having a three way war between Baghdadi, Trump, and Putin.

Well warranted. I was stuck somewhere between here, Al-Baghdadi, Xi Jinping, or even (blast away my Americocenterdness) Donny Trump.

Way to go Merkel, for you, I make a poem:

From Athens to banished brothers due to Baghdadi who bolstered to Berlin
"Crossed Crusaders" cruise the sea, caroming with children. Cologne now
damns the Deutsche Dame. Deportation due to discontent? An Envious environment
you have empowered to evolve, economical excellence and exacerbating Europe's
failing fixtures. First female finally ffs. Forsaken now under the flurry of foreigners.
Germany the Giant. G-8 gained -1 and g-7 guarantees some heated hatred here
because "her" hallow heeds and promises. I intend to see that inflation will not incur.
The Irish itch but the Indians inferred a jolly Jawaharlal. Kirchof killed the KDU and Korans
create not a kilo of content, risking being turned to koal. ... This is taking longer than I thought.

I used to have some degree of respect for Merkel, but after the way the Germans have behaved in the EU, how they 'handled' the Greek crisis, and her doing little to nothing to protect almost 400 of her own nation's people from being sexually assaulted, as well as not properly screening, reeducating, or even decreasing refugees or immigrants, I've lost all respect for her.

Lost a great deal of respect for her, she's been concious of the problems, the steps taken to make them stop have not been strong enough, and seems more driven to advance her own image than the safety of her constituents.
