I also experienced that this weekend. So, for what it's worth, I can say that you're never alone. Even when you think you are alone, someone is watching, somewhere, however many people don't know what to do and they just wait for you to reach out to them. So, if you think someone is your friend, reach out to them. If they are your friends, they will listen.

And, I don't really want to say it (because sappy wolves never shut up about shit), but I was in tears while writing that. Not tears of sadness, just plain overwhelming gratitude, Because y'all (and other people who are not on this site, but are very close to me) are a great circle I got acquainted with. Like, before I knew how much support I have I felt alone, like I couldn't rely on anyone. Little by little all of you have been chipping away at my armor after a lifetime of being hurt. So, for that, for the people that are here and have seen me change and have supported me even in the smallest of ways, thank you. Y'all deserve a ton of credit.

You will find the group of people you gravitate towards. We all do. I have taken to only responding to people who I am more familiar with or who I am close friends with more often than others. Many TETers do that, it's normal and not necessarily a reflection upon you. Don't take it personal.
