Odd that you find that to be the likeliest scenario for a mass shooting, as statistics show that white males are responsible for such actions. This is an exception, not the general rule.

"Two guns recovered from suspects were purchased legally, federal officials say
Meredith Davis, a spokeswoman for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said officials had "successfully traced" the four guns recovered in connection with the San Bernardino shooting and had determined that two of the weapons were purchased legally.
The guns were bought by an individual associated with the investigation, Davis said, but declined to name the person.
"Agents continue to investigate leads concerning the two additional firearms," said Davis.
Police officials said the Farook and Malik were armed with two assault rifles and two semiautomatic handguns.
The assault rifles were a .223-caliber DPMS Model A15 and a Smith and Wesson M&P15.; The handguns were manufactured by Llama and Smith and Wesson, respectively."

Okay, you are right this time. In Europe most terrorists attacks are comiteed by muslim terrorists that recently migrated. So it should not be compared to the US.

"Shooting suspect Syed Farook, a health inspector with San Bernardino County’s public health department, joined dozens of his colleagues at a party Wednesday morning at the Inland Regional Center. He disappeared shortly before the mass shooting erupted.
Farook, 28, who had worked for the county for five years, "did leave the party early under circumstances described as 'angry,'" San Bernardino police Chief Jarrod Burguan said at a news conference late Wednesday night.
Burguan said law enforcement officials are "reasonably confident" that Farook and 27-year-old Tashfeen Malik, who was his wife or fiancee, were the two suspects in the mass shooting that occurred during the party.
Family members told the Los Angeles Times that the couple had been married for two years.
Co-workers told The Times that they were shocked to hear Farook’s name linked to the shooting. Two employees who were in the bathroom when the bullets began to fly said he was quiet and polite, with no obvious grudges.
They said Farook had recently traveled to Saudi Arabia and returned with a woman he'd met online. The couple had a baby and appeared to be “living the American dream,” said Patrick Baccari, a fellow inspector who shared a cubicle with Farook.
Baccari and Christian Nwadike said Farook, who had worked with them for about three years, rarely started a conversation. But he was well-liked.
They and other colleagues said Farook was a devout Muslim who rarely discussed religion at work.

Indeed, it would certainly be a mistake to assume religious motivations unless and until there is a reason to do so. There are any number of conclusions one could jump to and none of them are supportable until we have more evidence.

I really don't know what could drive them to do this other than religion(call me closed minded but im not buying that he was bullied at work enough to have him AND his wife go on a killing spree)
this smells religiously motivated. But...let's not draw conclusions(however likely they may be)

If you can't think of other possibilities that are just as likely based on the evidence we have than you are lacking in creativity.
I suggest reading or working on projects that require creative problem solving.

Now, I saw some "research" comit from a biased group that claims otherwise, but they were debunked. So, I have my doubt on other "studies" as well. The best is to see the list of all terrorists attacks in Europe and come to the conslusion with yourself.

The list is incomplete. How about the daily terrorist attacks the US Air Force and its Allies are organizing in the Middle East since 2001?

Two of his links showed terrorist attacks all over the world. I mean, those committed by non-western forces. The West and Israel have been committing terrorist attacks on a daily basis for more than a decade in the Middle East, so isn't it surprising that these Islamists have so much support and what to hit back too? I do understand these terrorist groups, or as one could put it, freedom fighters.
