Introducing more guns wielded by amateurs into an active shooter situation is not going to make the situation better. Especially in this case, when they have body armor and a very clear desire to inflict significant casualties. Your conceal carry pistol is only going to get you shot.

Uh uh. Everybody who gets a CCW automatically gains +5 to DEX so they never miss and +5 to INT so they know exactly who to shoot. I wake up, and the first thing I hear on the news is an American, saying "Do not come to the scene; police are looking for your loved ones now," or something to that effect. I turned around, looked at the headline and simply sighed.

It's events like these that make me truly hate the "people" that enact such brutal, atrocious acts.
