Hmm, being British makes me obviously used to slightly colder climates. It's just a break from constant rain is nice. What's New York (assuming you're from there) weather like?

I do live in New York, but the southern part, so it's milder than the northern part. The summers are pretty hot and the autumn is okay. The winters change, sometimes they bring a lot of snow, sometimes not so much. Spring is pretty warm too. It's not that rainy but as the city squashed around rivers and whatnot it can get pretty windy.

I'm also British and I like the cold. Sometimes, I have the window open just to let a breeze in.

It is usually sunny and not full of snow. :)

Feels weird seeing as the two cities are quite close to one another. (Probably underestimating distances)
In Gothenburg it rains alot or at least we have many grey and cloudy days. Summers are usually very nice though.
Winters are just rain and when snow comes it turns to slush and muck instantly.

I recall about having two different air currents acting on the two cities. Vancouver experiences warm air current coming from Hawaii called, "Pineapple Express", and Seattle an air current, the name which I cannot remember at this point. :(

Already got a plan, I've been eyeing a flat at the home I work at. When I get a bit more wrinkly I will claim that for myself.

It is creeping closer every day, every hour, every minute, every second. Soon it shall take you, after that you shall never be able to return. Can you hear it slithering, just outside your grasp?
CVT Temp wrote:I mean, we can actually create a mathematical definition for evolution in terms of the evolutionary algorithm and then write code to deal with abstract instances of evolution, which basically equates to mathematical proof that evolution works. All that remains is to show that biological systems replicate in such a way as to satisfy the minimal criteria required for evolution to apply to them, something which has already been adequately shown time and again. At this point, we've pretty much proven that not only can evolution happen, it pretty much must happen since it's basically impossible to prevent it from happening.

It passed me by six years ago. And my dad's stroke was the true end and that would be 7 years on the 26th. The Boxing Day disaster.
