If you don't have a badge saying your are a soldier or IT, you won't get into a military base with a PC in your hands without getting detained either. Because it's larger and more useful as a bomb container.

You won't be able to get on a military base at all if your a civilian without the proper sponsor anyway and documentation.

So if you got arrested without cause and interrogated without being allowed access to a lawyer, you would not think that such violations of your rights warrant serious compensation?
