Greetings from the creator of Decennial Time Capsule. I created the nation because I fell that the world today has so much conflicts that we can't handle it all. I feel that one day, we the people here, might be vanished because of the escalating conflicts around the world. So I want to tell you that you can post anything here, or telegram me. I will put everything that you sent me in the NationStates dispatches, and also the printed version. If I survived the ten years, I will restore the nation again in 2026. After that, I will create "The Centennial Time Capsule", which will work like this nation. You can sent anything until "before midnight" of December 31, 2015, then all activities will be stopped until the next ten years.
