I go manual, no auto-tools, but I also send TGs to nations nearly the instant they join, which probably helps

Man, that sucks. I used to sell items a lot to try and make my characters look cool. It didn't work, but oh well. I remember trying to obtain a name tag for a long time before I lost interest in TF2 so I could rename my Strange Baby Face's Blaster to "Sanic's Speed Booster", because back in 2014 I thought "le dank may-mays" were cool. Those were dark days.
