Look, we all have hearts, because any sufficiently evolved organism needs at least one of those in order to keep the blood pumping through the body. The whole idea of compassion and empathy residing in said organ is the fault of the ancients, for they believed that it was the heart instead of the brain that was the seat of personality and thought.
