Come now it has everything, love, relationships, deceit, revenge, action, war, drama.

Pretty much every genre is covered in it.

But badly. And the plot is garbage.

...How many books have you read, and what is your favorite book?
Also, why do you consider the plot bad, and why do you consider the genres to be covered badly?

Even if you don't take it as fact, it's one of the best reads I've ever had the pleasure of reading.

I only like the begining and the end. The middle bores me.

Which parts do you consider the beginning, middle, and end?

Beginning: Front cover.
End: Back cover.
Middle: Everything else.

Oh, it's not that. But calling the Bible fiction blatantly when it is categorized as non-fiction?

Lack of corroborating evidence points towards it being quite likely that it is indeed fictional, also the fact that portions of it being completely impossible also point to it being fictional.

Coming from an Agonstic who was forced into a Christian school...
I don't hate Christians, in fact I really don't hate anyone in general, but like many non-Christians, I don't like the Christians that force their opinions on others or say that we will burn in hell if we don't go their way, same with any religion really.

Never do know, though. It might prove to be mostly fact.

Or, most likely, we'll never know. That's the beauty of religion. If it were true, than it would not be religion at all.

That's the dilemma likely faced by whatever god(s) that might be real. If they reveal themselves, then it would be impossible to deny the people's wishes without many turning from them in hatred or disgust. Better to manipulate the future quietly, from the shadows...

Well, in another universe... It might prove to be reality.

Actually, this means that anything and everything could be true outside of our own universe.

Course, we still don't know whether or not God exists in this universe, and whether or not he just acts through rules that he put in place. You know, like some of us gamers play through an entire level completely naked (Fable, damn it!). His could have been "never allow us enough evidence to know for certain, while planting the idea that he could exist," and "act only through these certain laws of what will come to be called by these people "physics" or "nature" or "etc."

It's not even a very good book.

Even if you don't take it as fact, it's one of the best reads I've ever had the pleasure of reading.

I only like the begining and the end. The middle bores me.

Which parts do you consider the beginning, middle, and end?

Beginning: Front cover.
End: Back cover.
Middle: Everything else.
;)

Ah, the pages with no print on them?

Yes... Those are the most epic of all... It leaves the ending and beginning entirely to the reader's imagination...

Beautiful. :)

Don't roll your eyes that response was epic genuis.

It was an amused eye rolling. Hugz!

HAVE YOU READ ANYTHING HE HAS SAID?!

I'm sure she has, she just wanted me to restate it.

It's not even a very good book.

Hmm...maybe that's offensive? Have you read it? :eyebrow:

It's offensive to you that other people have different taste than you? Methinks you need to grow a thicker skin.

Oh, it's not that. But calling the Bible fiction blatantly when it is categorized as non-fiction?

Lack of corroborating evidence points towards it being quite likely that it is indeed fictional, also the fact that portions of it being completely impossible also point to it being fictional.

Excellent insight. I like the way you think.

It's totally what I would do. People ask wayyyyyyyy too much help from me now. Godhood would suck if people knew about it.
I'm God in the Sims...that's enough for me.

Yes, I am and no I do not. I do hate some christians, but it isn't because they are christian, it is because they are annoying fuckwads.

:eyebrow: *nods* Right. And what prompts this? The defense of their faith, perhaps? Or is it your own arrogance in believing they are all stupid and blind to follow a "fictional" religion? Just saying...
