Fairly decent on many tracks. The biggest problems would be at fantasy tracks and Martinsville (where the rubber band race laps get into unrealistic CPU times).

Yes! Perfect way to put it. After playing the first game I felt like I knew the characters as friends. Sully and Drake are some grade A characters.
