I do assume that those who responded with single words on the first page of this new TET are going to be punished severely for their inane behaviour. If not, I'm going to be mildly disappointed.

All that remains is to show that biological systems replicate in such a way as to satisfy the minimal criteria required for evolution to apply to them, something which has already been adequately shown time and again. At this point, we've pretty much proven that not only can evolution happen, it pretty much must happen since it's basically impossible to prevent it from happening.

I like this one, actually...
Carl Sagan, astrophysicist and atheist wrote:"Science is not only compatible with spirituality; it is a profound source of spirituality.
When we recognize our place in an immensity of light-years and in the passage of ages,
when we grasp the intricacy, beauty, and subtlety of life, then that soaring feeling,
that sense of elation and humility combined, is surely spiritual...
The notion that science and spirituality are somehow mutually exclusive does a disservice to both."

I was just planning to dress up in a suit and say I was one of those presidential candidates nobody gives a fuck about.

I did see a Chris Christie latex mask at Nobbies tonight when we were poking around trying to find something son could be happy about. He ended up going as a 'Purger'. Hockey mask, full-on longsleeved skeleton shirt with good detail, bullet bandeau, and a full-auto machine gun. This of course since we couldn't get a proper longcoat of sorts short notice short of $100 so he could go as a Hunter from Bloodborne, and the Pipboy comes out too late to utilize.

Ayup. Last year, we did Krieg, and I worked my ass off for it. This year, he's more easygoing. Thank heavens. I couldn't repeat this.
