English Prison System sends Transgender Woman to Male Prison

The betterment of society would argue strongly against throwing an attractive, large-breasted woman into a male prison.
It would instead argue for placing that person into a women's prison or putting them on any other sort of sentence that is appropriate for an assault charge. There are many that do not involve prison sentences.

If society wished for her to go to a female prison everyone in this thread would be in an agreement.
She can be moved when she gets it removed.

Or when she changes her legal status. Probably won't even take that long if her doctor agrees she is ready.

Actually, the only sticking point was that she had not legally changed her status to female. If she had done so or if she does so, which she is able to do, she will be moved to a female prison.

actually this reminds me as far as i know legally in england & wales you don't even need to have a sex change to get your gender legally changed so this is literally just "b-but the paperwork"

It's putting someone in a place where it's not unlikely she'll be raped, in direct contravention of the opinion of a medical expert, because of a technicality on her passport. I can't think of a better example of blind adherence than this.
