In response to the second question - that depends on the company. Who is your primary audience? If you're the NFL, and your primary audience are athletic folks who want to blow off steam - stay the fuck away from politics. If you're creating movies about the life and times of illegal immigrants, or rednecks whose towns lost it all, then you should make engaging in Culture Wars a priority, rather than being silent.

In the case of Hallmark, Star Wars, etc, they shouldn't be engaging in Culture Wars. Star Wars only did it once, and you've seen the blowback.

There are also tons of PoC as well, like Mace Windu (A Jedi Grand Master), Lando Calrissian, Jolee Bindo, Saw Gerrera, hell, Finn is actually usually considered to be one of the best and most likeable characters of the ST. The new game, SW Fallen Order, also has Cere Junda and 2nd Sister, both of whom are women of color and are very important to the story.

Anything else you'd like me to go over about this? It's a fascinating topic that not many average SW viewers (IE: Only those who have seen the movies) know about.

The consensus of many notable scholars of fascism seems to be that Trump isn't a fascist, and I would take their words with more weight than this. Fascism inherently involves a totalitarian, corporatist, one party state centered around a Great Leader who will lead a national rebirth (Hitler, Mussolini, Franco, etc.). While Trump shares superficial similarities with palingenetic ultra-nationalism, he ultimately isn't one.

Liverpool is riding really high: they are currently unbeaten in the current Premier League season, and they also won the Club World Cup in addition to being the current holder of the Champions League. The last time they lost, if I recall correctly, was 2-0 to Naples in September. An odd loss can be expected, but it is clear Liverpool has found its way back to glory.

So where next for Liverpool? We will probably need to have them take on the World Cup winners France. If Liverpool beats France, we may need to find some Earth-like planets, although getting them to compete on equal terms, on this planet, may be a nightmare, especially if the opposing team is from the planet Krypton.

Still, it’s win-win for the astronomers if they get offered millions by FIFA in the desperate bid to create new tournaments to counter Liverpool’s successes. Either that or I am thinking far into the unknown (but that’s the reason why astronomy exists).
