Best stop breathing. It contains oxygen. Highly corrosive and toxic substance.

You go through with that plan then. Have fun.

Processed red meat, not red meat. Cows are still good, nitrate covered bacon, not so much.

I don't eat any red meat, I'm doubly healthy.

I don't eat red meat either. It's usually a delicious looking dark caramel color with darker criss-cross lines on it's surface. :)

Beef stew is delightful; especially with freshly baked bread.

We're having cheeseburgers and tater tets...er...tots. I got the idea from a name for the next TET I was considering.

Edit: And a veggie. Probably steamed green beans.

Pizza like tacos are a(slightly inferior) delivery system for deliciousness. Disliking pizza is like disliking sandwiches or soups.

Today I ran one and a half blocks with a cup of hot chocolate in my hand (makes it much more tolerable). I used to run a lot more but I haven't been really doing that this year much. A mile around the track-and-field field and my legs already feel like blocks of stone and I have to sit down. I used to do a lot better.

Distance runners are certainly the best people. Maybe I'll wake up in the morning with the motivation to go run. That would require like me waking up at 6AM or something.
