No. For example, there is intersex which in between male and female.

Also, gender and sex are not the same thing. Gender is a perceived thing. Sex is biological. Therefore, if a gender is perceived, then it exists.

In addition to male and female, there are also androgynous people who have male and female characteristic, gender-fluid people who move between male and female, and agender people who are neither male nor female at all. Gender is distinct from sex in that gender is one's psychological state of being, and sex is the physical characteristics determined by what sex organs you were born with.

Actually, as I understand it the more common term for the gender identity is androgyne, not androgynous.
Pros: Peace, love, faith, intersectionality and vegetables. :)
Cons: Militarism, capitalism... Well, kyriarchy, basically.

Androgynous is the adjective form of androgyne. One who is an androgyne is androgynous.

There's a laundry list of conditions that result in an individual being biologically intersex. Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (CAIS) is the main one.

I have to speacially order in my pants most of the time. Its a case where I'm tall enough that, at any retailer, the length stops short of where it needs to be, and the waist just increases. Even in the Big & Tall sections its mostly designed for Big AND Tall people, so skinny tall people like me are just out of luck most of the time.

I do not doubt that there are indeed people who identify as androgynes for whom it works just the way that you described. But for others, it is more complicated. Maybe reading this forum thread is helpful for understanding the different nuances and experiences.

MY point was that men have small hip ratios than women do (and in many cases smaller by raw measure). So wouldn't logic track that it'd be easier? Either way just get skinny jeans if mens clothing is too big. Might actually fit someone properly with out killing your circulation XD.

Indeed. Personally, I tend to think of androgyne as a gender identity, and androgynous as a gender expression. Still, language is flexible, and words may have several conflicting meanings.

How does a genetic abnormality classify as a sex? Is X now a sex because it's not XX or XY?

Whether one has an XX chromosome pair or an XY chromosome generally dictates whether one has a penis and testes or a vagina and ovaries, although this is not always the case.

Said something about Kauthar not having a girlfriend.

Was definitely bait and I deserved the ban but I don't see how it makes sense for the mod team to jump from "You've been warned a handful of times" to "ZOMG 7 DAY BANZ!!!!!1!!!!111!!!!1!!"
