It looks like everything Simcity 5 could have been but wasn't. I haven't played it much so far, but it has very favourable reviews, and the gameplay/visuals look solid. Also, the development team are pretty devoted to supporting it. I generally read a few reviews and watch a few playthroughs before I decide on a purchase.

I think it's very fun, even if my city sucls.

In SimCity, mine were always very functional, but the designs were always rather similar. I tend to favour optimum design over creative ones, but it occurs to me that isn't very fun. I'll try playing a little differently later.

It's quite good, if only I didn't get so mad when new unlocked buildings mean my road network is no longer optimal.

How do you stop factories going out of business as a result of higher educated people going to offices? Like I build schools and so the educated people don't go for factory jobs over time as the get more educated.
