I love it~ White rum is hit or miss depending on the brand. But spiced rum is great, straight or as a mixed especially a coke.

Never been a fan of rum, myself... More of a vodka or whiskey guy...

Well, the only one I know of is wine, but I can't dismiss that other kinds of alcohol can be beneficial. It's just that I've only experienced it with wine.
