Germany's a bit to the right of what I'd consider ideal, but they've managed a good balance of industry, regulation, welfare programs, unions, and protections for workers. We could learn something from them.

They are pretty conservative in some ways too(christian democracy esque) so that may not be appealing to some.

Fertility rate is going down in Africa. That and Africa can actually produce enough food to feed itself the big issue has to do with near continuous civil conflicts, poor education, and endemic corruption in what are essentially artificially made countries which while fine for colonies aren't exactly good for building a strong consistent country. It's difficult to grow crops while being shot at and having your very home constantly turned into a gun battle pitting an ineffectual government with power hungry rebels.

So what happens when all the untermenschen lower class people stop having kids and you get a catastrophically declining blue collar workforce? You going to start forcing middle and upper class people to put their name in a lottery and pull a certain number of them out of their cushy lives to work minimum wage jobs at gunpoint?
