I'm a student and wannabe economist/psychologist/teacher, among other things. I haven't really mapped out my future yet, and as such, I'm not sure what occupation to pursue.

Teaching is an important, noble, and good profession. Do you intend to teach mathematics (your degree is economics). I spent many years in applied sciences research, worked other jobs in technical writing, NGO, management. Five years ago I had begun to volunteer on weekends in education. The work is so interesting, inspiring, important, that I quit the cushy job in order to sit for a licentiate to teach physics, history of science, mathematics. Best decision.
