So, if anything, the PAC-12 is the weaker conference. Like Luminesa said, they can barely beat anyone outside their conference. At least Big Ten teams show a fight chance.
One of Stanford's losses, and three of USC's were to other Pac-12 teams, and only one loss each to outside teams, one of those was Notre Dame. And they regularly beat teams from outside the conference. Luminesa is huffing glue!

But do the teams they beat matter? That is the question.
