Someone who is fleeing for their life doesn't consider going home because the food is bad and the living conditions are cramped. The vast majority of people coming to Europe are NOT displaced people. They were not forced to leave by war. They choose to leave because they calculated they could have a better life in Europe and they know that being from somewhere like Iraq means people like you won't be willing to question if they were ever actually in mortal danger.

Of course if it is not possible to work in their home countries as you claim, and therefore not possible to, you know, live since there's no money, that seems like a decent case to be made for refuge from circumstance.

I understand what you mean. It 's true, I belong to an average family household, but it does not mean that I do not see the same things that you see, when I go to college. Let me put this in a way that might make since.

What Europe is doing is shooting itself in the foot and calling it progress, for the third time in a hundred years.

For some fucking reason, there is a concession among the left that European nation states MUST be multicultural, despite said nation states were created for the people living within their borders, as Germans, Italian, Poles, Czechs and French. And now the the EU is some bloated bureaucratic nightmare that appears to place priority on migrants instead of the Natives that have been living there for centuries.

For a while ive been on the fence, but with the rotherham scandal, Charlie hebdo and the cologne attacks...its hard not to be skeptical of leftists that scream up and down that there is no problem with Immigration in Europe.

There have been a few well-televised criminal events (like Cologne) and terrorrist act, but - in terms of statistics, and the average German's or Frenchman's chance of being assaulted in a criminal or terrorist attack - crime rates in France and Germany are low, and declined over the past 10 years.
