No, but his party is the blocker behind that. Kasich is effectively one of many reasons that horrid law still hold.

i agree. i like to think pragmatically though. i think if he's incapable of doing that, probably because he's super generic and seems rather weak-willed and meak, then i don't have to worry about his policy. although i wouldn't vote for him if I lived in Ohio when he was elected as ogvernor.
