Why would he do it for real, a second time, with a prior guilty plea, he is going to go away for a long time, not just 90 days in jail.

He is the adult, he is suppose to make sure. A bar sells booze to an underage kid with a fake id, the bar still loses its liquor license and pays the fine.

I don't think the judge did the right thing here, but hI'm being responsible as the adult I don't have a problem with.

Given onerous zoning restrictions, mandatory notifications everywhere he goes, plus stigma against registered sex offenders that makes real employment with livable wages a non-starter, why wouldn't he risk being re-imprisoned by a state that will take care of his housing and feeding needs instead of scraping on the edge of homelessness if not actually so due to the label of Registered Sex Offender?

Why not just go on a bloody rampage instead and gun down everyone in the street, and place a bomb in the judges bathroom to kill him when he flushes. 9r why not write Richard Branson a letter with his hard luck story and have sir dick give him a billion dollars, all three alternatives are pretty far fetched.
