I would've responded earlier, but I was just too busy laughing at the global zionism line.

You know different people have different beliefs, would you not want someone who shares your ideals about the world?

Oh my, love advice on NSG. Talk of ideals in romance. We're reading up on the manga a bit much.

I am curious what prevents the poll from just being about ideal partners in general rather than the preferences of heterosexual guys.

Anyways, my partner would have to be polyamorous, supportive of queer issues, not hold any bigoted views, be able to hold an intelligent conversation, be accepting of kinky people, share similar interests, have a compatible sense of humor, be able to support someone with generalized anxiety, OCD, and depression, supportive of leftist politics, and at the very least amiable towards those who belong to the radical left. Ideally, they would be queer, kinky, share many similar interests, have similar taste in music, play video games, be highly adept at sensing how I am feeling and what I need, be able to stop me from making mistakes, calmly point out some of my problems and how I may resolve them, be someone I find greatly attractive, be able to be really playful but also really serious when necessary, hold radically left views, and share a major interest in helping others. Fortunately, I've found someone who shares all my required traits in a partner and all but one of my desired traits, and I am very happy.

This site stresses me out, so I rarely come on here anymore. I'll try to be civil and respectful towards those I'm debating on here. If you don't extend the same courtesy then I'll probably just ignore you.

The addition "For guys" is what prevents it. (and asking about what one is looking for in a girl)

I don't look in anything in girls. Heterosexuality is too mainstream.

I'd like to go to the movies with her, dance on 60s/80s/90s music, travel, visit cities, eventually marry her, settle somewhere and have children.
For her personality, I'd like her to be cheery, outgoing and sociable.Obviously I'd like her to be clean and dress moderately well.I plan to go into politics so, not too extravagant either.

If you want a picture, I'd say Linda Hamilton in "The Terminator" and the 80s:

Or the lady in this commerical.
Feathered or straight hair is a plus.

Second in line would also be a white American dark-haired girl, or maybe Latina, with the same traits as my ideal partner described up there:

(Saundra Santiago in Miami Vice- Her eyes and her hair)

Obviously it's my "ideal" partner. If I fall in love, I won't discriminate because of physical traits.

I'm pretty sure that the last time that blonde, blue-eyed American women looked like that was in the early nineties.

First off, my ideal partner would be male. I'm attracted to people of multiple genders but I'm the most into guys. Secondly, he would be in his late teens/early 20s. Appearance-wise I'd probably say a skinny guy with dark medium-to-longish hair in a cute style and glasses. (I can appreciate guys of many different types but that's one that I always really like and sorta envision when picturing an "ideal" partner.) I'd like him to be a bit on the androgynous side - macho dudes do nothing for me. Personality-wise I want somebody who is intellectual and artistic, but fun, easygoing and unpretentious. Charming personal mannerisms are a major plus, and my ideal partner would have to be open-minded, accepting and understanding, especially when it comes to psychological/neurological stuff. (This is a major reason why I often go for other autistic boys.) Finally, they should be openly and unabashedly queer and on the left end of the political spectrum.

(tbt I think I've found my ideal partner; I just don't know if he's attracted to me...)

Ideal Romantic partner? I usually fall in love with people based on their looks, if she is a horrible person she makes it very easy for me to dislike her. Inner beauty is what counts, but it is just difficult for me to fall in love with girls who aren't very beautiful on the outside.
So, I honestly love the ''ombre'' hairstyle. I like 'girly' girls; I like those who are extrovert and love to party. Furthermore, she must have an healthy lifestyle, she also has to be educated and not dumb (dumb =/= ''slow'').

Have you not been paying attention to the dynamic between Dubrovka and Kawaii? Their relationship seems so healthy it makes me sick. ;) :p

I'm too old and bitter for unrestrained romance. Once you're done giggling and get over the bright and broad horizon, you may very well find out that the people in your life are backstabbing shitsacks. It doesn't happen to everybody, some people really are lucky, but to those who are thus aggrieved, they cast about within the pool of rejects and rejectors in the most untrusting and guarded way, of experience and necessity.

Romantic but not foolish. Good head on your shoulders.

Ideals, although cute, can keep our heads in the clouds instead of in the here. In reality.

I'd rather go for traits I find desirable, and work with what I have. A person won't always have everything we're looking for. Expecting it is rather foolish.
