It would be a terrible thing to see any nation lose its cultural heritage, and we should at least preserve some of it. The US, however, doesn't even have its own defined culture, which makes any claims that "mixed race offspring harms our cultural purity" complete bogus. Cultural heritage also can still be maintained even with mixed races; it's not as if the inclusion of a different ethnicity will destroy the culture.

No, the only risk associated with breeding across a larger genetic distance is an increased chance of immune system complications during pregnancy. And the genetic diversity of humans is so limited that, even at it's most extreme, this risk is smaller then the risk associated with the fetus being male.

I think it's good. If the blacks or hindus or chinese can be proud of their races then white people should be too. Here in Russia we're having an influx of immigrents, and theyre all proud of themselves.
