"Democrat homosexual" and "Democrat President" are incorrect. "Democrat" is a noun. The adjective is "Democratic." So "Democratic homosexual" and "Democratic President" would be correct. You could also use "homosexual Democrat," because "homosexual" can be used both as a noun and as an adjective.

That was the irony observed during the Clinton impeachment. He was being persecuted for something that would have gotten him re-elected in places like France and Italy.
