Also, indeed, plenty of other countries legalized gay marriage long before the US.

Still, there's legislature to be put into place in the remaining holdout states, Church protests to take place and disperse, firebombings to hopefully not happen but probably will. It's sure for this to incite a lot of hatred against the LGBT population, as glorious a victory it is.
