It doesn't have to be a Confederate state to be culturally Southern. It doesn't have the strongest Southern vibes of any state, but it does have some, especially on the Eastern Shore; and it is South of the Mason-Dixon Line.

Eh, I agree they should've taken it off of courthouse grounds, it was the wrong flag. That kind of flag belongs at a Civil War Battlefield, or a Museum.

Not really. If North Carolina wants to pass that law, let them. The flag can come down, I just don't agree with taking down monuments.
