I would advise 'xe'. It's an either-way pronoun I learned from springhole.net. Instead of she/her/hers or he/him/his or even they/them/theirs, it's xe/xir/xir. I love it.

I just learned how to use they. Anything beyond he, she, them, I usually don't ever consider learning.
