No, really, I hope it's nothing too serious.
Well, guess you won't have to worry about that hypothetical "Congrats, Penguins!" video anytime soon thanks to an 8-5 game six win and a 4-2 series win. Still hope your kidneys get better, dude.
Oh they'll get a brief reprieve then my stress induced kidney pain will continue until the pens get eliminated or win the cup. If they lose next round i hope its quiet but competitive. Like I said.Out of love for underdog teams with good uniforms in decent cities I'm slightly a fan of Toronto...despite it being Canada's Toledo. Thankfully having no attachment or reason beyond why not for rooting for the Leafs means that my inevitable stress induced kidney failure has long been pushed back. Thank you Pens for being the only source of disappointment i'm allowing in my hockey life. My left kidney when it fails will have "Property of: Tampa Bay Buccaneers & Orlando Magic" and the right kidney "Property of: The Fucking Penguins". Thank god that the Steelers only increase my chances of heart failure and when the chunks of my brain are pieced together they will say "Property of Florida Gators Football, please deliver in person as mail may be fumbled or intercepted multiple times en route."
Right, right, I completely forgot about that. But still, with the Pens through to the next round, you won't need to worry about your kidneys until maybe the third round.
P.S. The Western Conference semi-finals are now sorted out thanks to the Preds' 5-0 win in game six against the Avs. I'm actually surprised all of my picks are making it through so far, now if only I can predict next week's lottery numbers.
