Liverpool and Villa are experiencing similar problems; good players (or at least decent ones in Villa's case) but no real teamwork or spirit. That'll happen when you lose such an influential man as Gerrard, A striker you can count on to score like Benteke, a captain and hard working midfielder like Delph, and those who have to step up in their places need time to adapt, or are nervous about not living up to their predecessors.
