Yes. However, it's not "whichever they like", but rather whichever one they identify with. It's not like a boy will be able to go to school, tell the coach that he feels like a girl that day, use their facilities, then use the boys' facilities the next day. So far, there have been no incidents of any disruptions as a result of this law.

I couldn't find a mention of it in the local paper. I can't comment on it without a less biased source to check.

They were using arrests and convictions that did not prohibit the people in question from effectively performing the job at hand, as they were not taking into consideration the nature of the offense, the length of time since conviction, and numerous other factors, and using this as an excuse to screen out black applicants.

For something to be considered a disorder it has to interfere with a person's ability to function in society. While being transgender involves some level of gender dysphoria, it does not necessarily reach the level/intensity for it to qualify as being severe enough to be considered a disorder.
