mwahahaha, I may not have national healthcare, but my nearest 24 hour pharmacy is just one mile away. There are two at that intersection actually, across the street from each other. There's also one across the railroad tracks, about .25 miles walking, 2.5 miles driving (accounting use of nearest railroad crossing).

EDIT: In NC, that is.
EDIT2: Dunno where nearest one is to my current location.

I just remembered I didn't even register at my new clinic yet, even though it's literally in my back yard. Something to add to the to-do list.
