Yeah. The Quebec Biker War between Rock Machine and the HA was in part fueled by the Banditos-Angels rivalry as well.

All the news is saying law enforcement have noticed the HA and Cossacks forging closer ties to one another. Which might be one factor into why the Cossacks decided to start wearing a Texas bottom rocker.

As far as I know, none of those killed were "innocent bystanders", but bikers involved in the shootout. I could be wrong, and some of the injured may have been bystanders.
