Extremely poorly drawn yes, but it was good enough to entertain and get laughs out of its target audience: ten to twelve year old kids.

As a child, I didn't care for that as much as I was looking for entertainment while eating my TV dinners.

It made up for it in wacky humour. At least to my younger self, anyway. It wouldn't hold any interest now. It might not have looked fantastic, but it had its own style.

I don't know if they have Boomerang in Finland. But you can watch it from the channel that I just mentioned.

Strange, Estonia had Cartoon Newswork. In English and in Russian... I preferred cartoons I actually could understand when I was a child, though. Moomins were great :D

But I guess that If I wanted to see Johnny bravo, there would be cheaper options than getting a new TV-set, and getting pay-per-month channel package. :p

I meant, Finland has/had cartoon network, but given it's pay channel (at least here) we didn't have them in my families.
