Heterosexuals, with some individual exceptions, are generally allowed to marry. Homosexuals generally are not allowed at all. That's how it works.

So, there's not going to be any mod sanctioning of a Heterosexual Rights and Issues thread, so I'll just get started.

In this thread, feel free to discuss anything regarding Heterosexual Rights and Issues, debate, etc. Talk about why you're opposed to it, why you're for it, and how we can try to prevent things from getting worse.

Many people here think think that there are many issues and civil rights problems that LGBT people are facing. However, popular to contrary belief, I believe that Heterosexual people are beginning to face some problems and will face more in the future.

Thanks to the strong support of homosexual marriage, we have seen universities get shut down, forcing the 'antis' to bake gay marriage cakes, undergo sensitivity training, and even forcing churches to marry gay couples.

All of these things have happened in the last few years or so, and it's obvious that this is only going to get worse for heterosexuals who oppose gay marriage.

I wanted to note you that this was written in pagan Rome (which as state had nothing to do with Christianity and was actively persecuting Christians). Paul written that because he knew how would such thing end. His goal never was to disrupt social order, and he knew that assuming that slave was Christian and his master was not, slave would suffer if he did not obey.

Nowhere did Paul defend slavery; at that times slavery however was as common as today internet is, and he had to somehow take approach to that issue.
