I'm not actually sure about healthier meat, but yeah, it really wouldn't surprise me if a burger and fries from a sit-down restaurant had more calories than one from McDonald's.
The meat could be leaner than what they use at most fast food restaurants, the cattle could be raised differently, possibly be fed healthier food, and some places could raise their cattle with less or maybe even no hormones. I don't really have a strong enough opinion to be oppose to the way beef cattle are typically raised, but I'm not against eating healthier meat.
