Why? You haven't provided any justification for taxing fast food that couldn't easily be applied to sit-down restaurants as well.

I suppose you have to take in account other factors besides how much salt and calories are in the food. The average fast food (when specifically talking about typical fast food restaurants, not sushi and stuff like that) is probably less healthy than the average restaurant food if you adjust for how much you are getting. I'm talking about normal restaurant food too, not a pile of Texas Cheese Fries at Chili's.
The thing with salt is that it's mostly only bad for some people. For everyone else, it's fine, but at the same time, it's also used to hide shitty cooking (because salt is delicious) so it's not something people tend to overdo at home, but restaurants do overdo.
It might be possible that you can get more nutrients for your calories at a restaurant than at some fast food places, but that depends much more on what you actually order at either of these places. In either case, you're actually probably better off learning how to cook and making the food for yourself.Ardoki wrote:Stop making up lies!
I'm not making up lies. I cited a study and then pulled some numbers off Google. You're the one whose only reasoning so far is snobbery.Do you know how much fat, oil, grease and artificial/synthetic things are in McDonalds?
Do you know how much of all of that is in restaurant food?
Also McDonalds isn't the only fast food chain out there, there are plenty that offer reasonably healthy options.

When I say restaurant I mean an actual restaurant, with at least above average reviews from the best food critics!

That's probably not a good idea.Empire of Narnia wrote:I bought Five Nights at Freddy's because the characters are cute. Animatronics are just like big stuffed animals that move and sing. Nothing creepy at all about them.
Maybe you don't think it's scary, but I doubt you thought they were cute. I think you're just fucking with us now.

A lot of people would probably be better of learning to cook than eating out. Like you said though, it depends on what you order. It would also depend on where you eat. We might be thinking of completely different types of restaurants.

I would not be at all surprised if this thread is literally the first time anybody's mentioned the place on NS. If you hadn't created this thread, nobody on the site would be bashing it.

Try going again. If their is a 3-stage in your area you should really go. You will have fun.
